Buffet

Our buffet suggestions are meant for groups from 20 persons. We serve several buffets. From a light brunch to a luxury four course evening buffet. These buffets consist of several courses to serve you a cozy program during the afternoon or evening. Our buffet service is attentive to help you. Our buffets mean an informal atmosphere and give every guest the opportunity to choose what he likes. There is always plenty of choice between fish and meat dishes. You may adjust our composed buffet if necessary.


This 2-course buffet we serve from 20 persons for € 24,00 p.p.
Commencement brunch buffet between 12:00 and 14:00.

We start with a homemade beef broth with vegetables and beef.
As a second course you can choose from various cold and hot dishes on the buffet:

Plateau with cheese, ham and jam
Poultry pate
Homemade potato salad
Cucumber salad with yogurt and dill
Pasta salad with ham, egg and pomodori tomato
Baguette with cream and herb butter
Remoulade- and cocktail sauce
Quiche lorraine: hot vegetables/cheese pie (vegetarian)

This 2-course buffet we serve from 20 persons for € 29,50 p.p.

The first course is made up of the following cold dishes :
Poultry-pie
Ardennes ham with marinated melon
Pasta salad with olives and goat cheese
Duckbreast with figs
Smoked trout with remoulade sauce
Homemade tuna salad with red onion and green beans
Baguette with cream and herb butter


The second course will be served at your table:
Pork medaillons with green vegetables, potato and a curry sauce

A combination of cold and hot dishes served in 3 courses for € 36,75 p.p.

The first course is made up of the following dishes:
Smoked trout
Pasta salad with olives and goat cheese
Serrano ham with melon
Carpaccio of beef with parmesan cheese and a fresh dressing
Cucumber salad with dill
Pate of poultry
Tuna salad

Salmon and a gamba mousse appetizer
White and multigrain baguette with butter
Remoulade and cocktail sauce


The second course will be served at your table:
Tournedos with haricotsverts and a red port sauce
or

Haddock with green vegetables and a white wine sauce


We end the meal with a dessert buffet:
 a choice of several small dishes from our own kitchen

A combination of cold and hot dishes served in four courses for € 50,00 p.p.


The first course is made up of the following dishes:
Smoked salmon
Pasta salad with olives and goat cheese
Vitello tonnato: veal with tuna mayonnaise
Waldorf salad with celery, apple and nuts
Serrano ham with marinated melon
Mixed salad leaves with a fresh dressing
Terrine of wild goose
White and multigrain baguette with butter
Remoulade and cocktail sauce


Then we serve a cup of cream soup of mushrooms


After we serve a tender fillet of beef with green beans, potato gratin and a homemade sauce of red port


We end with a dessert buffet consisting of:
Crêpes with hot cherries
Assorted ice cream
Parfait
Chocolate mousse
Fresh fruit
Whipped cream
